Step Forward

This was a request from Neurogalaxy (another one). Of course, it only took me forever

The character's name is Megumi and I was just asked to make her look cute. So hopefully, I succeeded. But that's for others to judge for themselves I guess.

Anyway, I hope that the requesteeer end up liking it because I enjoyed making it kind of got lazy on the background obviously
but its late and I'm supposed to be working on scholarship applications. whoops

So, I should get back to that.
